Support
eVision provides a range of support services for the MXC software which can be tailored to the requirements of a service provider. These services can be on-going or provided on an as-needed basis.
Support is available on a 24×7 basis and would be matched to the service level required by the service provider with the necessary response and rectification times.
The support services include:
- Help Desk - phone and email
- SMS alert service for automatic notification of problems*
- Remote management of MXC software**
*The MXC health monitoring modules automatically generate SMS alerts to our support team and designated service provider personnel when a problem or fault is detected.
**Our support people can remotely check the operation and carry out maintenance on the MXC software operating on the service provider’s infrastructure.
eVision is accustomed to working closely with the commercial and technical people of our customers. We understand the requirement to establish support procedures and service levels that incorporate the modes of operation and business rules of a service provider.
